What's Missing on the New Blogger Design Interface!!!

The reason I'm not fully converting to the new Blogger design interface is because there is not a way that I can see to change a Post's heading link. I'm not talking about the Post's URL (I know you can't change that), I'm talking about the link you go to when you click the title of a Post.

Where is this "Link:" in the new Blogger interface??
